DES:dj¥ 11/15/94 (052/37) <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I 0 N N O. 12365 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ALLOCATION OF FUNDS TO THE PALO ALTO <br /> PLAYERS - PENINSULA CENTER STAGE (FOX THEATRE) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Palo Alto <br />Players - Peninsula Center Stage (Fox Theatre)" (form dated <br />11/15/94), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and the Palo Alto Players <br />- Peninsula Center Stage, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br />Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
