DES:d'jk ~n/26/94 (043/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 11/7/94 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12363 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT A-1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 12133, <br /> ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING SALARY AND RELATED <br /> COMPENSATION PLANS FOR POSITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY INCLUDED IN THE EXECUTIVE SERVICE <br /> GROUP, TO REVISE THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY CLERK <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Exhibit A-1 of Resolution No. 12133 entitled, <br />"Resolution Establishing and Adopting Salary and Related <br />Compensation Plans for Positions of Employment with the City of <br />Redwood City Included in the Executive Service Group, Council <br />Appointed Officers and the Director of Human Resources and <br />Rescinding Resolution No. 11855", adopted February 14, 1994, is <br />hereby amended by revising the salary schedule fop the position <br />of City Clerk as set forth in Exhibit "A-3" (commencing from and <br />after October 1, 1994) hereof, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption; <br />provided, that the amendment approved hereby shall be operative <br />retroactively from and after October 1, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />
