DES:djk 1~/26/94 (044/39) <br /> <br /> ~0 R I G I N A L 1~/7/94 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12362 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> FOR 136 NUEVA AVENUE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain improvement plans entitled 136 Nueva <br />Avenue in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Thakore D. <br />Sunderwala, Civil Engineer, for Michael L. Cocco and Judith <br />Cocco, owners of record of said Improvements, are hereby approved <br />and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The owners (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the <br /> owners of said Improvements) shall enter into and execute <br /> that certain proposed agreement on file in the office of the <br /> City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Construction of Future <br /> Improvements - 136 Nueva Avenue" (form dated 10/13/94) <br /> wherein Owners, in consideration of the approval of said <br /> Improvements by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> in the time specified in said agreement, all Future <br /> Improvements required of Owners under the provisions of <br /> Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being <br /> the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other <br /> Improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br /> (b) Before commencement of construction of the Future <br /> Improvements defined and described in the above-mentioned <br /> agreement, Owners shall furnish to City and file with the <br /> City Clerk a bond or deposit securing the faithful <br /> performance of said Owners' of all work and construction of <br /> <br /> <br />
