Any part of the <br /> deposit not utilized by City for payment of its services <br /> shall be returned to Owners. Owners understand and agree <br /> that the amount of said deposit shall be an estimate and <br /> agree to pay any additional amount for the aforesaid <br /> services provided by City within ten (10) days after billing <br /> by the City. <br /> <br /> (e) Before commencement of construction of the Future <br /> Improvements defined and described in the above-mentioned <br /> agreement, Owners shall furnish to the City and file with <br /> the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public <br /> liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br /> above-described agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> Redwood City and said Owners, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Construction of Future Improvements - 136 Nueva Avenue", a copy <br /> of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto <br /> respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> City. <br /> <br /> * * * <br /> <br /> <br />
