FXS:dft 9/19/94 (002/40) <br /> I FXS:dmp ._~/12/94R (002/40) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 10/24/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12358 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - CIVILIAN <br /> JUVENILE COUNSELING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Professional Services - <br />Civilian Juvenile Counseling" (form dated 10/12/94R), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California and the Youth and Family Assistance, a copy <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
