DES:djk 1~ 11/94 (038/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 10/24/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12354 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR 1994-1995 WATER QUALITY MONITORING <br /> PROGRAM; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT <br /> FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents and specifications for the <br />1994-1995 Water Quality Monitoring Program, Redwood City, <br />California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br />and Specifications for 1994/95 Water Quality Monitoring Program - <br />City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of <br />General Services, a copy of which documents are on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of services hereinabove <br />described. <br /> <br /> <br />
