DES:djk ]0/12/94 (040/39) <br /> <br />· ~ 0 R I G I N A L ~0/24/94 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12353 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES - <br /> 1994-1995 WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> (SANDIS HUMBER JONES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the replacement <br />of old and deteriorated water mains in various locations <br />throughout the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood <br />City requires professional topographic surveying services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sandis Humber Jones of Mountain View, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Surveying Services - 1994-1995 Water Main Replacement Project" <br />(form dated 10/12/94), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Sandis <br />Humber Jones, for the performance of the above-mentioned <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager <br />and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
