DES:djk ]~/17/94 (041/39) <br /> ~0 R I G I N A n 10/24/94 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12352 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING INVESTMENT POLICY AND <br /> GUIDELINES FOR THE INVESTMENT OF CITY FUNDS AND <br /> RESCINDING ALL PRIOR SUCH POLICIES AND GUIDELINES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain Policy and Guidelines established for the <br />investment of public monies not required for immediate <br />expenditure as set forth in that document entitled, "Investment <br />Policy and Guidelines - Amended: 6-27-94", marked Exhibit "A", <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is <br />hereby approved and adopted, and the Finance Director of the City <br />of Redwood City, as City Treasurer, is hereby authorized and <br />directed, pursuant to the provisions of Section 34 of the Charter <br />of the City of Redwood City, to invest such public monies of the <br />City as are not required for immediate expenditure in accordance <br />with said Policy and Guidelines. <br /> <br /> 2. Any and all policies and guidelines for the investment <br />of City funds in conflict with the policy and guidelines <br />approved and adopted hereby are hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> <br />
