FXS:dmp 0 /21/94 (016/38) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 10/10/94 <br /> <br /> R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. 12350 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT PROVIDING NOTICE OF RESTRICTION AND AGREEMENT <br /> OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Notice of Restriction and <br />Agreement of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, APN No. <br />068-302-070 and 080" (form dated 02/17/94R), by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, the Town of Woodside and R. David Young, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> * * <br /> <br /> <br />
