DES:djk 0~/28/94 (035/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 10/10/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12347 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR RODENT CONTROL PROGRAM <br /> FISCAL YEAR 1994-1995; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF <br /> SECURITY DEPOSIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 12265, adopted August 1, <br />1994, the City Clerk advertised for bids for the Rodent Control <br />Program Fiscal Year 1994-95 for the Utilities Division, <br />Department of General Services, Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, one bid was <br />received for the performance of said services and filed with the <br />City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Dewey Pest Control of San Francisco, California, is <br />the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire <br /> <br />of this Council to accept said bid of Dewey Pest Control; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of Dewey Pest Control, in the amount of Thirty- <br />two Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-three and 91/100 Dollars <br />($32,833.91), computed in accordance with said bidder's proposal <br />dated September 20, 1994, for the Rodent Control Program Fiscal <br />Year 1994-1995, is hereby accepted, and said bidder is hereby <br />found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for said <br />work. <br /> <br /> 2.
