DES:djk ~/22/94 (002/39) DES:djk _ /26/94R 0 R I G I N A L 9/26/94 R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. 12345 RESOLUTION ADOPTING DAVIES/PARK CHEVROLET SITE SPECIFIC PLAN WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 7, Article 8, commencing with Section 65450 of the Government Code of the State of California, the City may prepare and adopt specific plans as may in its judgment be required for the systematic implementation of the City's General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City has prepared a specific plan entitled "Davies - Park Chevrolet Site - Draft Specific Plan - June 1, 1994", to guide the future development of the Davies/Park Chevrolet property site in the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, said Specific Plan is a guide for private and commercial uses, and sets forth goals, policies, incremental land use plans, standards, and specific implementation measures; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing duly noticed and held, has recommended that this Council adopt said Specific Plan; and WHEREAS, this Council, after public hearing duly noticed and held, in consideration of the recommendation of the Planning Commission and of evidence, both oral and documentary, presented at said hearing, finds that said Specific Plan is consistent with, and is required for the systematic implementation of, the City's General Plan for the Davies/Park Chevrolet property;
