DES:djk ~/22/94 (002/39) <br /> DES:djk _ /26/94R <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 9/26/94 <br /> <br /> R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. 12345 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING DAVIES/PARK CHEVROLET SITE SPECIFIC <br /> PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 7, Article 8, <br />commencing with Section 65450 of the Government Code of the State <br />of California, the City may prepare and adopt specific plans as <br />may in its judgment be required for the systematic implementation <br />of the City's General Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has prepared a specific plan entitled <br />"Davies - Park Chevrolet Site - Draft Specific Plan - June 1, <br />1994", to guide the future development of the Davies/Park <br />Chevrolet property site in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Specific Plan is a guide for private and <br />commercial uses, and sets forth goals, policies, incremental land <br />use plans, standards, and specific implementation measures; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing duly <br />noticed and held, has recommended that this Council adopt said <br />Specific Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after public hearing duly noticed and <br />held, in consideration of the recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission and of evidence, both oral and documentary, presented <br />at said hearing, finds that said Specific Plan is consistent <br />with, and is required for the systematic implementation of, the <br />City's General Plan for the Davies/Park Chevrolet property; <br /> <br /> <br />
