DES:djk ~9/14/94 (029/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 9/26/94 <br /> <br /> R E S 0 L U T I O N N O. 12341 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBITS A AND A-1 OF RESOLUTION <br /> NO. 12133, ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING SALARY AND RELATED <br /> COMPENSATION PLANS FOR POSITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY INCLUDED IN THE EXECUTIVE SERVICE <br /> GROUP, BY ADDING THE POSITION OF FINANCIAL SERVICES <br /> MANAGER AND DELETING THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT FINANCE <br /> DIRECTOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Exhibits A and A-1 of Resolution No. 12133 entitled, <br />"Resolution Establishing and Adopting Salary and Related <br />Compensation Plans for Positions of Employment with the City of <br />Redwood City Included in the Executive Service Group, Council <br />Appointed Officers and the Director of Human Resources and <br />Rescinding Resolution No. 11855", adopted February 14, 1994, is <br />hereby amended by adding the position of, and establishing the <br />salary schedule for, the position of the Financial Services <br />Manager as set forth in Exhibits A-1 (commencing from and after <br />October 1, 1993) and A-2 (commencing from and after October 1, <br />1994) hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein; and by deleting therefrom the position of Assistant <br />Finance Director. <br /> <br /> 2. This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption; <br />provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in Exhibit A-1 <br />shall be operative retroactively from and after October 1, 1993; <br />and, further, the salary rates set forth in Exhibit A-2 shall be <br />operative commencing with the first pay period beginning on or <br />after October 1, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />
