DES :djk 0q/20/94 (032/39) <br /> o R I G I N A L 9/26/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12334 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND WAGE PLAN FOR <br /> THE POSITIONS OF POLICE OFFICER AND POLICE OFFICER <br /> TRAINEE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 of that certain <br />Memorandum of Understanding by and between the City of Redwood <br />City and the Redwood City Police Officers Association effective <br />September 1, 1993 - August 31, 1995, the salary schedules and <br />wage plans for the positions of Police Officer and Police Officer <br />Trainee, are hereby adjusted and established as set forth in <br />Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. This resolution shall be effective on the date of its <br />adoption; provided, that the provisions of paragraph 1 hereof, <br />shall be operative retroactively from the first pay period on or <br />after September 1, 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />
