Adopt a resolution authorizing a request for program funds available <br /> under the Metropolitan Transportation Commission's Lifeline Transportation <br /> Program, the filing of a funding application, the commitment of non-federal <br /> funding match, and the assurance of project completion. <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE SURFACE <br /> TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM AND THE CONGESTION MITIGATION AND AIR <br /> QUALITY IMPROVEMENT FUNDS AND STATING THE ASSURANCE TO <br /> COMPLETE THE MIDDLEFIELD-WOODSIDE ROAD INTERSECTION <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> 2. Adopt a "Resolution of Local Support" authorizing the filing of an <br /> application for the Federal Surface Transportation Program (STP) and/or <br /> Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) funding, and <br /> committing the necessary non-federal match, and stating the assurance to <br /> complete the project. <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AUTHORIZING A REQUEST FOR PROGRAM FUNDS AVAILABLE <br /> UNDER THE METROPOLITAIN TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION'S <br /> LIFELINE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM, THE FILING OF A FUNDING <br /> APPLICATION, THE COMMITMENT OF FUNDING MATCH, AND <br /> ASSURANCE OF PROJECT COMPLETION <br /> 3.
