Adopt a resolution authorizing a request for program funds available <br /> under the Metropolitan Transportation Commission's Lifeline Transportation <br /> Program, the filing of a funding application, the commitment of non-federal <br /> funding match, and the assurance of project completion. <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE SURFACE <br /> TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM AND THE CONGESTION MITIGATION AND AIR <br /> QUALITY IMPROVEMENT FUNDS AND STATING THE ASSURANCE TO <br /> COMPLETE THE MIDDLEFIELD-WOODSIDE ROAD INTERSECTION <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> 2.
