Approve the amendments and provide further direction regarding office related <br /> parking demands. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> There will be no cost to the City that results from this action. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br /> A Program Environmental Impact Report (State Clearinghouse #2006052027) (EIR) <br /> was prepared and certified by the City Council on January 24, 2011, in connection with <br /> the adoption of the Downtown Precise Plan. The proposed amendments to the <br /> Downtown Precise Plan do not introduce any new uses to the Downtown Precise Plan <br /> area, nor is the development capacity of the Downtown Precise Plan being increased. <br /> As such, the proposed modifications are not anticipated to result in any significant <br /> impacts, nor any increase in the severity of previously identified impacts, and no change <br /> in circumstance has occurred with respect to the Downtown Precise Plan or the EIR that <br /> would alter prior environmental findings, conclusion, or mitigation measures.
