No action required. <br /> Mr. Ekern, Director of Community Development, said that on March 30 the two <br /> proposals will be submitted and then staff will be reviewing these and addressing issues <br /> the Council has flagged for staff. He noted that the water feature will need to be further <br /> discussed with the developers because of the need to dewater the property, should <br /> developers pursue that option. <br /> One Council Member was very appreciative of this effort and he is anxious to see it and <br /> to see it accelerated to move it right along to the City Council.
