F. - Page 5 <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> TO <br /> AGREEMENT TO PERFORM TARIFF SCHEDULED RELATED WORK, RULE 20A <br /> GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> This Supplemental Agreement ("Supplemental Agreement") is made by and between <br /> the Ciry of Redwood Ciry ("Applicant") and Pacific Gas and Electric Company ("PG&E"), this <br /> of June, 2012 , with reference to that certain Agreement to Perform Tariff Schedule <br /> Related Work, Rule 20A General Conditions ("Agreement") dated of even date, by and between <br /> Applicant and PG&E for the Middlefield Road Underground Utility District Project ("Project"). <br /> Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms used in this Supplemental Agreement and <br /> defined in the Agreement shall have the same meaning as is ascribed to such terms in the <br /> Agreement. Notwithstanding that this Supplemental Agreement may be referred to separate and <br /> apart from the Agreement, this Supplemental Agreement shall be deemed part of the Agreement <br /> for all purposes and to the extent of conflicts between this Supplemental Agreement and the <br /> Agreement, this Supplemental Agreement shall control. <br /> L Item 6 of the Responsibilities of the Applicant shall not apply to any right of entry <br /> necessary for PG&E to perform the electric panel service conversion, which is covered by <br /> separate agreement. <br /> 2.
