That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br />9/06/94) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and Golden Bear Arborists, <br />Inc., providing for the aforesaid services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of <br />Golden Bear Arborists, Inc., are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of the aforementioned agreement, all <br />securities guaranteeing execution of the agreement upon award. <br /> <br /> <br />
