The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute all necessary or appropriate purchase documents (in form <br />approved by the City Attorney) from time to time during the term <br />of the purchases specified in the aforesaid Contract Documents, <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City for the purchase of <br />said materials in accordance with, and subject to, the terms and <br />conditions of said Contract Documents, Specifications and the <br />aforementioned bidder's proposal, to effectuate the purchase <br />approved hereby. <br /> <br /> 3. Any informalities in the aforementioned bid of R.S. <br />Maltoni Trucking Company are, and each of them is, hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to the successful bidder upon execution by it of the <br />aforementioned purchase documents, all securities guaranteeing <br />said purchase upon award. <br /> <br /> <br />
