DES:djk ~/23/94 (020/39) <br /> "-'- 0 R I G I N A L - 9/12/94 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12308 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH HOUSING INDUSTRY FOUNDATION FOR THE <br /> PROVISION OF EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE FUNDS FOR INFORMATION <br /> AND REFERRAL PROGRAM <br /> <br /> (FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Administrative <br />Representative Agreement", by and between the Housing Industry <br />Foundation, a California non-profit public benefit corporation <br />and the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
