The shuttle also stops at two designated locations outside the <br /> service area: the Veterans Memorial Senior Center and the Woodside Plaza Shopping <br /> Center. Shuttle service is free and available to the general public. Serving people who <br /> would otherwise not be able to access basic services in Redwood City, the shuttle <br /> transports passengers to medical facilities, stores, transportation hubs (e.g. Caltrain <br /> station), parks and community centers, and City/County services. To book a trip, riders <br /> call or email a request one to seven days in advance of a trip. Drivers are bilingual, <br /> speaking English and Spanish.
