P- 21�6 <br /> ��� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN <br /> INCREASE IN RATES FOR DOCKAGE, WHARFAGE, <br /> SERVICE AND FACILITIES, LINE HANDLING, AND <br /> MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES - (TARIFF No. 8) <br /> WHEREAS, Section 47f of the Charter of the City of Redwood City <br /> provides that it shall be the duty of the Board of Port Commissioners to fix rates, <br /> dockage, wharfage and other charges for the use and occupation of the public <br /> facilities or appliances of the Port of Redwood City, and for services rendered by <br /> said Port; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board approved a resolution adopting a schedule of <br /> tariffs and related rules and regulations for the Port of Redwood City on May 25, <br /> 2011, as evidenced by Resolution No. P-2136; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board desires to increase the rates for all charges except <br /> Item No. 906 Security Fees — Cargo Tonnage Assessment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Tariff No. 8 of the Port of Redwood City, as adopted May 25, 2011, <br /> shall be, and the same is hereby, amended by the adoption of the revisions to <br /> Tariff No. 8. <br /> 2.
