TIME AND FEE SCHEDULES <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> Removal and replacement of three roof top mechanical HVAC units at Fire Station No. 9. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES: <br /> Consultant shall provide structural engineering services and prepare plans and specifications, as <br /> necessary for the project. Consultant shall refer to preliminary drawings, marked as 100% check set, <br /> prepared by Encon Energy Conservation Company for this project. <br /> 1. Consultant shall prepare plans and specifications that include the following. <br /> A. Structural calculations <br /> B. Structural drawings <br /> C. Structural specifications <br /> D. Order of magnitude cost estimate, as necessary. <br /> E. Response to building department plan check comments <br /> 2. Consultant shall provide construction administration services that include the following. <br /> A. Response to Requests for Information <br /> B. Review of all shop details <br /> C. Review of deferred submittals for the structural work <br /> D. Periodic observation of the structural portions of the construction for conformance with the design <br /> intent and contract documents and pertorm at least one (1) site visit <br /> TIME SCHEDULE: <br /> Consultant shall begin work immediately upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). <br /> Deliverable Time <br /> 95% Plans and Specifications 6 weeks after NTP <br /> 100% (unchecked) Plans and Specifications 2 weeks after 95% review <br /> Provide Final Plans and Specifications 2 weeks after 100% review <br /> FEE SCHEDULE: <br /> Consultant shall provide the services outlined above for a Lump Sum fee$3,000.00 which will be payable <br /> within 30 days following City's receipt of acceptable deliverables. <br /> Estimated reimbursables include costs of reproducing, and mailing or shipping drawings and <br /> specifications, and all fees paid to local agencies or government offices on the City's behalf. <br /> Consultant shall receive City authorization for additional site visits.
