A <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on November 3, 2003. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Jordan, Pierce, Ruskin, Vice Mayor Ira <br />and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />Ruskin/Howard The City Council held a public hearing, as required under <br />Section 147 (f) of the Internal Revenue Code, to provide the City with the <br />option of loaning up to $1.5 million of bond proceeds to the Police <br />Activities League. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote, by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
