EXHIBIT"A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Itemized List of what Consultant will do for City and at what price and schedule. <br /> Project: As part of a grant being funded by the San Mateo County Office of Education-the Safe <br /> Routes to School (SR2S) Activities in the Redwood City School District.The goal is to generate <br /> products that help Redwood City 2020 to provide a clear message in implementing and expanding <br /> SRTS programs in the Redwood City School District. <br /> Deliverables: Consultant will assist in creating a sustainable program within the Redwood City <br /> Schools. <br /> Activities: <br /> 1. Work with the Redwood City School District schools receiving SR2S funding in the 2011-2012 <br /> school year administered by the County Office of Education. This work will include facilitating <br /> the efforts of these schools in the areas the 4 E's of SR2S that meet the needs of the <br /> individual schools. <br /> 2. Prepare an application for SHD funding for a climate corps intern for 2012-2013. <br /> 3. Work with the City of Redwood City in securing the formal authorization to proceed with the <br /> federal funding received for SR2S NI. <br /> 4. Develop the administrative infrastructure to utilize the SR2S NI funding. <br /> 5. Work with the Climate Corps intern in increasing the number of schools participating in the <br /> SR2S program. <br /> 6. Serve as the client contact for the Stanford Urban Studies students performing an analysis of <br /> a SR2S program for Adelante School. <br /> 7. Work with Climate Corps volunteer and RWC 2020 executive director to sustain and expand <br /> Safe Routes to School programs in Redwood Ciry School District. <br /> Pavment: Consultant submit detailed monthly invoices not to exceed $9,999. <br /> Agreement under$10K 4 <br /> City Attorney Approved Version 012611 <br />
