Consultant shall extend base map topographic survey 100 feet beyond centerline of end <br /> manholes and shall extend 100 feet beyond street intersections in all possible directions <br /> unless otherwise noted (see attached map). Survey stationing 1+00 shall start at centerline <br /> of street intersection or centerline of manholes unless otherwise noted. Samson St. and <br /> Alden St. should start at Station 3+00. Location map with notations of recommended <br /> starting point of Station is attached. <br /> 5. Consultant shall use Redwood City Datum in preparing the topographic survey. The City will <br /> provide the location of the nearest benchmark. Consultant shall use North American <br /> Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88) <br /> 6. Consultant shall use the City's standard legend for drafting annotations. <br /> 7. The City shall request as-built/record drawings from utility companies (Comcast, PG&E, <br /> AT&T, Pacific Bell, South Bayside System Authority, MCI, Cal water and RCN). The City <br /> shall provide the as-built/record drawings to the consultant for inclusion in the survey base <br /> map. If additional as-built/record drawings are required to complete the base map, <br /> consultant shall obtain records from utility companies. <br /> PROJECT AREA <br /> Consultant shall refer to attached Project Area map. Consultant shall survey approximately <br /> 18,645 feet of sewer pipeline which includes the additional extent of survey beyond the end of <br /> manholes and street intersections.
