The Parties have negatiated and agreed to ameradments attached to an� <br /> incorparated in by reference as Exhibit "A," 5cope of Services and Fee. <br /> NOW, THEREFC7RE, ir� consideration of these recitafs and the mutual covanants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as folfows: <br /> 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agr�ement, as may have <br /> been arnended fram time ta time, Gonsultant will provide those services described in <br /> Exhibit "A." With this Amendmer�t, the tofal annual Agreement amount shalf nat exceed <br /> O�e Hundred Fifty Nir�e Thousand Four Hundred Twelve Dollars ($159,412). <br /> 2. City will pay Consuftan� for all work assoeiated with thos� services <br /> described in Exhibit "A" on a time and mat�rials basis not-to-exceed Twel�e Thousand <br /> Three Hundr�d Sixty Four �ollars ($12,364), for an aggregate amount o� ($159,�12}. <br /> Consultant will pravide City, an a monthly basis, copies of ir�voices sufficiently detailed <br /> ta include hours performed, hourly rates, an� related activities and costs for approval by <br /> C ity. <br /> 3. Consultant wiif compfete all work describ�d in Exhib�t "A". <br /> 4. All other provfsior�s of the Agre�ment, as may have been amended from <br /> time �o time, will remain in fulf force and effect. <br /> 5.
