6.3.A. - Page 3 <br /> ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY SETTING JUNE 25, 2012 AS THE DATE <br /> FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2012-14 BUDGET <br /> AND FOR ITS ADOPTION <br /> WHEREAS, Section 51.5 of the City Charter requires that the City Council <br /> establish, by resolution, a date upon which the budget resolution shall be presented and <br /> a public hearing held on the upcoming fiscal year budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the public hearing date of June 25, 2012 for the Fiscal Year 2012-14 <br /> budget was approved in concept at the February 27, 2012 City Council meeting. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. A public hearing on the budget for Fiscal Year 2012-14 and for the adoption of <br /> the budget will be held on June 25, 2012, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as <br /> the matter may be heard, at the City Council Chambers, 1017 Middlefield Road, <br /> Redwood City, California. <br /> 2. The City Council directs that copies of the budget shall be filed with the City <br /> Clerk for inspection by the public. <br /> 3.
