06/11/12 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15192 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY SETTING JUNE 25, 2012 AS THE DATE <br />FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2012-14 BUDGET <br />AND FOR ITS ADOPTION <br />WHEREAS, Section 51.5 of the City Charter requires that the City Council <br />establish, by resolution, a date upon which the budget resolution shall be presented and <br />a public hearing held on the upcoming fiscal year budget; and <br />WHEREAS, the public hearin0 <br />g date of June 25, 2012 for the Fiscal Year 2012-14 budget was approved in <br />concept at the February 27, 2012 City Council meeting. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. A public hearing on the budget for Fiscal Year 2012-14 and for the adoption of <br />the budget will be held on June 25, 2012, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as <br />the matter may be heard, at the City Council Chambers, 1017 Middlefield Road, <br />Redwood City, California. <br />2. The City Council directs that copies of the budget shall be filed with the City <br />Clerk for inspection by the public. <br />3.
