R <br />Three Dollars ($30,033) for the financial services listed on Exhibit "A". This <br />rate is increased by the percentage of increase of the Consumer Price <br />Index ("CPI") for all Urban Consumers, Pacific Cities, and United States <br />Cities Average, for San Francisco - Oakland - San Jose), published by the <br />United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics for the year <br />ending February 28 immediately preceding the Adjustment Date (as <br />defined in the Agreement) as compared with the CPI for the immediately <br />prior year ending February. <br />b. Citv's Information Technoloov. SVCW shall pay City Fifty Three <br />Thousand Three Hundred Sixty -Nine Dollars ($53,369) for the information <br />technology services described in Exhibit "A" on an hourly basis at the rate of <br />One Hundred Fifty -Two Dollars and Forty Six Cents ($152.46) per hour (the <br />"IT Base Rate") for the first 350 hours of services furnished during Fiscal <br />Year 2017-18. Each hour of service furnished in .excess of 330 hours will be <br />compensated at the IT Base Rate plus an amount equal to eighteen percent <br />(18%). <br />c. Computer Technoloav Services. SVCW shall pay Four Thousand Five <br />Hundred Seventy Dollars ($4,570) for the computer technology services. <br />4. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br />time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br />5.
