ORIGINAL AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR Finance and IT Services Silicon Valley Clean Water (Formerly South Bayside System Authority) This Amendment No. 6 is entered into and effective as of the first day of July, 2019, extending and amending the Agreement for Professional Services (Finance and IT Services for SBSA) dated July 8, 2012 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Silicon Valley Clean Water ("SVCW') (Formerly South Bayside System Authority ("SBSA"), (collectively, the "Parties") for provision of Finance and IT Services by the City to SVCW. RECITALS A. On July 8, 2012, the Parties executed the Agreement; and B. On July 1, 2014, the Parties executed an Amendment No. 1 to Extend the Agreement for Professional Finance and IT Services for SVCW; and C. On July 1, 2015, the Parties executed an Amendment No. 2 to Extend the Agreement for Professional Finance and IT Services for SVCW; and D. On July 1, 2016, the Parties executed an Amendment No. 3 to Extend the Agreement for Professional Finance and IT Services for SVCW; and E. On July 1, 2017, the Parties executed an Amendment No. 4 to Extend the Agreement for Professional Finance and IT Services for SVCW; and F. On July 1, 2018, the Parties executed an Amendment No. 5 to Extend the Agreement for Professional Finance and IT Services for SVCW; and The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby extended for a period of one year ending on June 30, 2020. 2. Scope of Services: During the term of this Amendment No. 6, City will provide the services listed on Exhibit "A," (the "Services").
