That Project Approval
Letter, has been transmitted to Recipient and calls for moving to the next step in this process by developing
and executing this mutually agreeable Memorandum of Understanding that will provide a specific framework
and process to move forward with the donation and installation of the above referenced synthetic sports fields.
This Memorandum of Understanding is designed to allow the staff of Recipient to process the proper
authorization and approval to move forward with this sponsored installation in a timely manner and process. It
is anticipated that the process and framework for such installation will be as follows:
1. Agreement to Sponsor & Partial Donation .
