6.1. F. - Page 16 <br /> 13. No amplified/loudspeaker or loud "hawking," barking, or shouting to promote products is <br /> allowed. Amplified music, either live or pre-recorded, is prohibited. <br /> 14. Animals are prohibited at the farmers' market. <br /> 15. Driveway from Bridge Parkway to the main entrance roundabout is a fire lane and only <br /> cones may be within this area (as depicted in Exhibit A-2) to provide a safe path between <br /> the two market areas. Aside from the traffic cones, the area shall be kept clear at all times <br /> to allow for the passage of emergency vehicles. <br /> 16. A maximum of 15 vendor trucks may be parked on site during the operation of the farmers <br /> market and are required to be parked behind vendor tents. Vendor trucks may not be <br /> parked in the spaces identified on the site plan as public parking spaces. <br /> 17. Licensee shall have market manager present and available at all farmers' market events. <br /> The name and contact information for the market manager shall be provided to the City <br /> Manager. <br /> 18. Vendor fees and selection of vendors for participation in the market are at the discretion of <br /> Licensee's market manager. <br /> 19. Vendors and participants shall comply, and Licensee is responsible for ensuring that such <br /> vendors and participants are in compliance, with (a) any and all requirements for <br /> participating in a"Certified Farmers' Market" (as such term is defined in Section 27512 of <br /> the California Health and Safety Code and Article 6.5, Title 3 of the California <br /> Administrative Code), (b) any and all Laws as defined in Section 7.a. of the Agreement, (c) <br /> insurance requirements set forth in Section 9 of the Agreement, and (d) Licensee's own <br /> rules and regulations. <br /> 20.
