The Planning Commission is hereby authorized and <br />directed to conduct a study of the Expanded Survey Area in <br />accordance with the Community Redevelopment Law, to determine if <br />a redevelopment project or projects within the Expanded Survey <br />Area is or are feasible. <br /> <br /> 3. The Planning Commission is hereby further directed to <br />select one or more project areas, or amendments to existing <br />project areas within the Expanded Survey Area, and to formulate a <br />preliminary plan for the redevelopment of each selected project <br />area or amended project area in accordance with the Community <br />Redevelopment Law, if a redevelopment project or projects within <br />the Expanded Survey Area is or are feasible. <br /> <br /> 4. The Survey area established pursuant to Resolution <br />No. 12189 is hereby amended accordingly. <br /> <br /> <br />
