FXS:dft 8/9/94 (005/38) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/15/94 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12291 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, THE REDWOOD <br /> CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND SEQUOIA UNION HIGH <br /> SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Between The <br />County Of San Mateo, The City of Redwood City, Redwood City <br />Elementary School District and Sequoia Union School District", by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, the County of San Mateo, a political <br />subdivision of the State of California, the Redwood City <br />Elementary School District and the Sequoia Union School District, <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof is hereby authorized, and the City Manager <br />and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
