_ DES:djk 9/02/94 (007/39) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/15/94 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12283 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (BAY TRAIL BAYCYCLE) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Ms. Jill Keimach of the <br />San Francisco Bay Trail (administered by the Association of Bay <br />Area Governments) for the use of certain public rights-of-way in <br />connection with the BAY TRAIL BAYCYCLE on September 10, 1994, in <br />the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation <br />of the public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted <br />pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police <br />is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
