FXS:df~ 7/28/94 (001/38) <br /> _ 8/09/94R <br /> <br /> o R I G I N A L 8/15/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12270 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH CATHOLIC CHARITIES ADULT DAY CENTER <br /> <br /> (ADULT DAY SUPPORT SERVICES <br /> FOR REDWOOD CITY SENIORS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Catholic Charities Adult Day Center ("Contractor") <br />conducts an adult day support services program for Redwood City <br />seniors of the City of Redwood City (the "Program"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in <br />order to conduct the Program during the fiscal year commencing <br />July 1, 1994, and ending June 30, 1995; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request <br />and desires to allocate to Contractor, the sum of Eight Thousand <br />and No/100 Dollars ($8,000.00) from its Community Development <br />Block Grant funds for the foregoing purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement providing for such funding has been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Catholic Charities Adult <br />Day Center (Adult Day Support Services for Redwood City <br />Seniors)", (form dated 8/09/94R), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City and Catholic Charities Adult Day Care Center, a copy <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br /> <br />
