DES :dj~ 07/21/94 (064/32) <br /> 0 K ¥ G I N A L 8/1/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12267 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF ASPHALT CONCRETE <br /> MATERIALS, FISCAL YEAR 1994-1995; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents and specifications for the <br />purchase of asphalt concrete materials to maintain public streets <br />in the City of Redwood City, have been presented to, and reviewed <br />by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />the purchase of said asphalt concrete materials; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents and specifications <br />entitled "Contract Documents and Specifications for Utilities & <br />Right of Way Divisions 1994-95 - Asphalt Concrete - July 1, 1994 <br />- June 30, 1995 - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by <br />the Director of General Services, a copy of which documents are <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids as called for in the abovementioned <br />specifications. <br /> <br /> <br />
