This Annual Report has been prepared to satisfy the requirements set forth in Sections <br /> 50075.1, 50075.3 and 53411 of the California Government Code. <br /> I. Community Facilities District 2010-1 (One Marina). With respect to <br /> Community Facilities District 2010-1 (One Marina) ("CFD No. 2010-1"): <br /> (i) The amount of Special Taxes collected and expended in CFD No. 2010-1 in <br /> Fiscal Year 2011/12 was $ 32,987; <br /> (ii) The amount of Bond proceeds collected and expended in CFD No. 2010-1 in <br /> Fiscal Year 2011/12 was $ 2,642,432; and <br /> (iii) The status of the Project is incomplete, $442,214 remaining funds to be <br /> expensed on the transportation improvement projects. <br /> IL Community Facilities District 2000-1 (Pacific Shores Proiect).
