DES:djk 07/21/94 (122/37) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/1/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12265 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR RODENT CONTROL PROGRAM 1994-95; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents and specifications for the <br />Rodent Control Program 1994-95, Redwood City, California, have <br />been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br />and Specifications for Utilities Division - Rodent Control <br />Program - July 1, 1994 - June 30, 1995 - City of Redwood City, <br />California", prepared by the Department of General Services, a <br />copy of which documents are on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of services hereinabove <br />described. <br /> <br /> <br />
