--~] DES:djk 07/21/94 (069/28) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/1/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12264 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> COMPREHENSIVE STREET TREE MAINTENANCE PROJECT 1994-95; <br /> AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents and specifications for the <br />Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project 1994-95 have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents and specifications <br />entitled "Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project - <br />1994 - 1995", prepared by the Director of General Services, a <br />copy of which documents are on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said services and <br />supplies as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
