DES:dj'- 06/06/94 (047/32) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement by and between the South Bayside <br />System Authority, a public entity, and the City of Redwood City, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of California entitled, <br />"Eight Amendment to Agreement - Accounting and Financial <br />Services", (form dated 06/06/94), pursuant to which the City <br />provides certain accounting and financial services to said <br />Authority, a copy of which agreement in on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />transmit a certified copy of this resolution together with <br />executed duplicate original counterparts of the agreement <br />approved hereby to the South Bayside System Authority. <br /> <br /> 2 12263 <br /> <br /> <br />
