Insurance. �7.1 Developer shall, before the release o£ said final map by City for recordation, obtain and rnaintain in full force a�d effect during the term of this Agreement, at Developer's owz� expense and risk, Worker's Compensation, a general cotnprehensive liability insurance policy, and owned, non-owr�ed, and hired a�tomobile liability insurance. The rriinim�m arnounts of coverag�carresponding to the aforesaid categories of insurance per insurable event shall be as follows: Insurance Categor� Minimum Lirnits Workers' Compensation S#atutory minimum. Emplo�er's Liability $1,000,00dA0 per accident for bodily injury ar disease. Connmerczal General Liability $1,400,000.00 per oceurrence,$2,000,000.00 aggregate for bodily injury,personal injury and property damage. Autotnobile Liability $2,000,�04.00 per occurre�ce for bodily i�jury and property damage{coverage required to the extent applicable to Contractar's�ehicle usage ir�performing work hereunder). 17.2 Any deductibles or self insured retentions �ust be declared to, a�d approved by City. At the option of City either Developer's ins�arer shall reduce or elir�inate the deductibles or self insured retentions with respect to City, it's Council, commissions, boards, committees, officers, employees and agents or Developer shall procure a bond guaranteeing payment of losses and related investigations,claim administratian and defense e�penses. 17.3 Concurrently with the executian af this Agreement,Developer shall furnish Ci�y vvith cartificates and capies of information or declaration pages of �e insurance required hereunder and, with respect ta evidence of commercial general liability and automobile liability insurance coverage, original endorsements: (a) Precluding cancellatian or reduction in caverage before the e�piration of thirty {30) days after City sha11 have received written notifcatian of caneellation or reduction in coverage by first class maii, postage prepaid; (b) Providing that Develo�er's insurance shall apply separately to each insured against wha�n claim is made or suit is brough#, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's Iiability (cross liability endorse�nentsj; ATTYIAGW2012.€�55iSUBpIVISIOt�IMl�ROVEMENTAGREEM�N7201 MARSHAI.I.
