<br /> And the said Surety, for value received, hereby stipulates and agrees to wai�e fhe provisions of
<br /> California Civil Code Section 2819 regarding cansent to change, ext�nsion of time, aEteration, or
<br /> add�tion to the terms of the Permit or to the worEc to be pefformed thereunder or the
<br /> Specifications accompanying the same shall in any wise affect i�s obligations on this bond; and
<br /> it does h�reby waive no#ice of any such change, extension af time, aiteration or addition to the
<br /> terms of the Permit, or ta the work, or to the Specifcations.
<br /> In the e�e�t City, or its suecessors ar assigns, shall be the pre�ailing party in an action brought
<br /> upon this bond, then, in addition to the penal sum hereinabo�e specified, we agree to pay to the
<br /> said City, or its successors or assigns, a reasonable sum on account of attorney's fees in such
<br /> action, which sum shall be fixed by the court.
