Exhibit I� 6.1.1. - Page 23 ATTACHIVIENT "D" PAYMENT BOND KN�W ALL MEN BY THES� PR�SENTS: That we, as Principal, and, organized and existing under the laws of the State of California , and authoriz�d to execute bonds and undertaking as sole surety, as Surety, are held and firmly bound unto any and alE persons named in Caii�arnia Civil Code Section 3181 whose claim has not been paid by the Contractor, company or corporation in the aggregate total of Dollars ($ (being 100% of the (Permit amaunt} for th� payment whereof, well and truly to be made, said Principal and Surety bond themselves, their heirs, administrators, successors, and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these �resents. THE CONDITION OF TH� FOREGOING OBLlGA710N IS SUCH that, whereas the above with the City of Redwoad City ("City") to do the following work for "City" issueci Cons#ruction Permit, to-wit: NOW, THEREFORE, if the above-bounden Principai or his subcontractors faif to pay any of the persons named in Sec#ion 318`k of the Civil Code of the State of California, or amounts due under the Unemployment Insurance Code with r�spect to work or labor performed under the Contract, or for any arnounts required to be dedueted, withheld, and paid o�er to the Employ�-nent De�elopment Department from the wages o#employees of the Contractor and his subcon#ractor pursuant to Section 13020 of the Unemployment insuranee Cod� of the State of California, with r�spect to such work and labor, the surefy wil] pay for the same, in the arriaur�t not exceeding the sum specified in this bond, and also, in case suit is broug�# upon this bond, a reasonabEe aftorney's fee, to be fixed by the Court. This bond shall ir�u�e ta the benefit af any persor� named in Section 3'i 81 of the Ci�il Code of the State o�Cali�ornia so as to girre a right of action to them or their assignees in suit brought upon this bond. This t�ond is executed and fiied to comply with the pro�isions of the act of the Legislature of the State of California as designa�ed in Ci�il Code Sections 3247-3252, inclusi�e, and all amendments�hereto.
