Entire A eement. Neither this <br /> Agreement nor any af its provisions may be amended,modif�ed,waived or discharged axcept in a writing <br /> signed by bot�parties. <br /> 18. Severabilitv. The provisions of this Agreement shall be severable and if any phrase, clause, <br /> sectian, subsection, paragraph, subdivision, sentence or provision is adjudged invalid or unconstitutional <br /> by a court of competent jurisdictior�, or the applicability to any Property Ownec is held invalid,this shall <br /> nat affeot or i�validate the remainder of an� phrase, clause, section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision, <br /> sentence or provision of this Agreeta�ent. <br /> 19. Cove�ant Ru�►nin� with the Land. This Agreement will be r�c4rded by the City in the County <br /> Recorder's Offtce of the County of San Mateo, California at the Prope��ty Owner's expense. The covena�ts <br /> and agreamants contained herein shall be deemed to be covenants ��nnir�g with Title to the Iand for the <br /> benefit of the City and its succassors. <br /> 20. Release of Agreement. In the event that ti�e City determines that the stormwater treat-�nent measures <br /> located on the Property are no longer required, then the City, at the request of the Properiy Owner shall <br /> execute a release of this Maintenanca Agreement, which the Property Owner shall record in the County <br /> Recarder's Office at the �roperty Owner's expense. The City reserves the option to record such release of <br /> �his Maintenance Agreement.
