By motion, approve the Urban Housing Redwood City, LLC Subdivision Map for <br /> condominium purposes for 2580 EI Camino Real and accept the dedication of <br /> Emergency Access Easements, Public Service Easements, Public Access Easements, <br /> and Pedestrian Public Access Easements on said map. <br /> 2. By motion, approve and authorize City Manager to execute an Improvement <br /> Agreement with Urban Housing Redwood City, LLC for their development at 2580 EI <br /> Camino Real. <br /> 3. By motion, approve and authorize City Manager to execute a Landscape <br /> Maintenance Agreement with Urban Housing Redwood City, LLC for their development <br /> at 2580 EI Camino Real. <br /> 4. By motion, approve and authorize City Manager to execute a Stormwater <br /> Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with Urban Housing Redwood City, LLC <br /> for their development at 2580 EI Camino Real. <br /> 5. By motion, approve and authorize City Manager to execute the Declaration of <br /> Covenants and Restrictions for the Urban Housing Redwood City, LLC development at <br /> 2580 EI Camino Real. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The project is a 141-unit, multi-family, transit-oriented, in-fill residential development <br /> with a wrapped parking garage, 232 parking stalls, and storage for 47 bicycles. The <br /> development will also provide for a ride share program via a tenant web portal to <br /> facilitate carpool matching and a car sharing vendor for tenant use. On February 13, <br /> 2012, the City Council approved the application for a Planned Development Permit and <br /> Vesting Tentative Map. <br /> ANALYSIS <br /> The Owners' engineers have completed the subdivision map for condominium <br /> purposes, improvement plans, and specifications in accordance with the Subdivision <br /> Map Act, Redwood City Ordinances, City Standards, and to the satisfaction of the City <br /> Engineer. Subdivision improvements include new sewer line, storm drain, water utilities <br /> and stormwater treatment measure. The subdivision does not include any internal <br />
