Execution and recordation of this Affordable Housing Agreement, requiring <br /> five {5) residential u�its comprised of four (4} or�e-bedroom units ancf one {1) two- <br /> bedroom unifs ta be affordable to persons and famiiies of inedian income as cfefined in <br /> Nealth Safety Code Section 50093, against the Projec� is a conditian of approval <br /> ("Condition"} of the Project is: <br /> D.
