The section heaclings are nat part of this Agreement and will not affect the interpretation of any provisions hereof. 24. Time of the Essence. In each provisian of this Agreement which states a specific amount of time with�n which the requirements thereof are to be satisfied or are to persist, time shall be deemed ta be of the essence. 25. Go�erninq Law. This Agreement shafl be gaverned by the laws of the State of California. Any legaE action brought under this Agreement must be ir�stituted in fhe Cau�ty of San Mateo, State of California.
