- 6.1.B. - Page 3 <br /> ► � � � �� ��� \��'��� ��'��v���� <br /> Amendment to Agreement between <br /> ��.__ ity Management Services, Inc. and the I�edwood City Police Department <br /> for providing School Crossing Guard Services <br /> The Redwood City Police Department hereinafter referred to as the "City", and All <br /> City Management Services, Inc., located at 10440 Pioneer Blvd., Suite 5, Santa Fe <br /> Springs, CA 90670, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", mutually agree to <br /> amend the existing Agreement entered into on March 14, 2002 as follows: <br /> 1. Item #1 The City and the Contractor agree to extend the term of this <br /> Agreement for the 2012-2013 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012 <br /> through June 30, 2013. <br /> 2. Item #17 The City agrees to pay Contractor for services rendered pursuant to <br /> the Agreement the sum of Fourteen Dollars and Sixty Cents, <br /> ($14.60) per hour of guard service provided. It is understood that <br /> the cost of providing Thirteen-Thousand, Five-Hundred and Twelve <br /> (13,512) hours of service shall not exceed One Hundred Ninety <br /> Seven Thousand, Two-Hundred and Seventy-Five Dollars <br /> ($197,275.00). <br /> 3.
